Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s objectives. 
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations. 
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers. 
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. 
• Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting. 
• Oversee employee training and development initiatives to support career growth and skill enhancement. 
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. 
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the software industry. 
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. 
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
